AIR  DATA  ACCESSORIES  KIT MODEL No. SH09-612 SH09 HELICOPTER - Proprietary Information -
This kit contains all the equipment required to test from the Air Data Test Set (ADTS) the complete Pitot & Static Air Data System on the SH09 Helicopter, - as well as the means of pre-testing the Test   Adaptor and Test Hoses prior to being fitted to the Air Data Probe.

 
Pitot Static Test Adaptor
Part No. PS88755-3-4 (1 req’d.) 
This Test Adaptor fits the Air Data Probe P/N 101469-4-004. The Probe is located on the Center Nose Section of the Helicopter. The Test Adaptor is equipped with AN-3 (Pitot) and AN-4 (Static) Test Hose Fittings (Male). Note: Test Hoses are to be connected to the Test Adaptor Hose Fittings prior to Test Adaptor installation on to the Helicopter Probe. Wrenches in the size of 9/16” and 7/16 “are required. With the Test Adaptor installed, testing
the pitot and static system simultaneously or separately is possible.
 
Pre-Test Probe
Part No. PT421-8755 (1req’d.)
With this Pre-Test Probe inserted into the Test Adaptor and with Test Hoses connected from the Air Data Test Set (ADTS), - the test adaptor, test hoses and ATDS can be tested prior to installation on the helicopter air data probes, - by  applying pitot and static pressure from the ADTS.
Further, the Pre-Test Probe is also employed to lubricate the Glands inside the Test Adaptor. (See Lubricating Fluid LF5050 in this manual).
 
Pitot Test Hose Assembly
Part No. SH09-7270 (1 req’d.)
This Test Hose Assembly is connected to the Pitot inlet of the Test Adaptor and the  other end of the test hose is connected to the ADTS Pitot Outlet Fitting (Size AN-4    Male).
 
Static Test Hose Assembly
Part No. SH09-5160 (1 req’d.)
This Test Hose Assembly is connected to the Static Inlet of the Test Adaptor and is  equipped at the other end to the ADTS Static Fitting (Size AN-4 Male). Please note: The above ADTS Test Hose Outlet Fittings are as described for the GE Druck or Barfield ADTS.
 
Seal Kit - Part No. SK8755 (1 req’d.)
One set of Spare Seals for the Pitot Static Test Adaptor P/N PS88755-3-4 is stowed  in a container.
