Lubricating Fluid
Part No. LF5050 (1 req’d.)
This fluid is used to lubricate the seals of the test adaptors. It is recommended that a small amount be placed on the pre-test probe, then inserting it into the test adaptor with a turning action. Then remove it from the test adaptor again in a turning fashion. Then installing the test adaptor on to the air data probe. This action will ensure smooth installation of the test adaptor onto the air data probes.

Two sets of spare seals for adaptor - P/N PSSS90453-3-4-4-4 are supplied with each kit.

This kit supersedes kit P/N S341V4001201 (ADANH90-612). It contains all the equipment required to test from source the complete pitot & static air data system on the NH90
helicopter, - as well as the means of pre- testing all test adaptors and test hoses prior to being fitted to the helicopter air data probes.
Pitot & Dual Static Test Adaptor
Part No. PSSS90453-3-4-4-4 (2 req’d.)
These units fit pitot probes P/N 0856UF and when installed will allow testing of pitot and static systems separately or simultaneously.
Pre-Test Probe
Part No. PT421-453 (2 req’d.)
When it becomes necessary to test the integrity of the pitot static test adaptors and/or hoses and Air Data Test Set (ADTS), these units are installed into the pitot test adaptors thus simulating the pitot probe.
Pitot Test Adaptor (Standby)
Part No. P65508-3 (1 req’d.)
This unit fits the pitot probe P/N 0851HR and is used to test the standby pitot system on the NH90 helicopter.
Pre-Test Probe
Part No. PT421-508 (1 req’d.)
When it becomes necessary to test the integrity of the standby pitot test adaptor and/or hoses and ADTS, this unit is installed into the pitot test adaptor thus simulating the pitot probe.
Pitot Test Hose Assembly
Part No. NH90-7270 (1 req’d.)
This hose is connected to each pitot inlet of the test adaptors and is fitted with double acting quick disconnects for use when it is desirable to test only one pitot system. The connection for the pitot outlet of the ADTS is included with this assembly.
Static Test Hose Assembly
Part No. NH90-5160 (1 req’d.)
This assembly attaches to the static positions on adaptor P/N PSSS90453-3-4-4-4. The double acting quick disconnects operate in the same manner as those on the pitot test hose assembly. The ALT Static Hose Assembly P/N. NH90-5160ALT can be connected to one of the static quick disconnect fittings in this test hose assembly.
Altimeter Static Hose Assembly

This Altimeter Static Hose Assembly attaches to the Altimeter hose inside the Helicopter and to the NH90-5160 static test hose assembly leading from the ADTS, - as per the test procedures laid down in the NH90 Maintenance Procedures Manual.
