作为试验工程师，窦工主要负责对公司的前驱动桥类产品，进行研发阶段的台架和整机试验。因为驱动桥上配有很多传感器，所以检测这些传感器的信号接入以及输出的电压电流信号值是否在范围内，这些是电气试验测试的一部分。试验测试一部分在大型台架上完成，因为试验台架上会有比如变频器、PLC等设备，有时需要检测接线是否正常，也需要钳表来辅助进行验证或者故障排查的工作。

还有一部分测试，需要将驱动桥安装在整车上进行，则需要测试设备更加小巧便携，这时会应用到比如301D这样多功能且轻薄型的钳表。

1、使用钳表对数据采集仪进行接线检查
数采是进行整机测试时的关键设备，一般会使用钳表的电阻档位，测接入测试平台线路的接触电阻，确认是否处于正常范围。以此来验证数采已经接线正常。在测试设备完成接线以后，还需要测试其供电电流，来进行检查确认。
