AIR DATA ACCESSORIES KIT MODEL No. ADABH1-612 NSN: 4920-20-002-3478 H-1 HELICOPTER
This kit contains all the equipment required to test from source the complete pitot & static air data system on the H-1 helicopter, as well as the means of pre-testing all adaptors and hoses prior to being fitted to the helicopter.
Pitot Test Adaptor
Part No. P22201-4 (1 req’d.)
This unit fits the pitot probe located on the nose.
Pre-Test Probe
Part No. PT11882 (1 req’d.)
When it becomes necessary to test the integrity of the pitot test adaptor and/or hoses and test set, this unit is installed onto the pitot adaptor thus simulating the pitot head.
Static Test Adaptor
Part No. S78425-6 (2 req’d.)
These units fit the static vents located on the side of the helicopter. The protective caps also act as pre-test adaptors and also serve to convert a test adaptor to a blanking
adaptor.

Pitot Test Hose Assembly
Part No. BH1-7270 (1 req’d.)
One end of this hose assembly attaches to the pitot inlet of the adaptor and the other to the pitot outlet of the pneumatic generator.
Static Test Hose Assembly
Part No. BH1-5160 (1 req’d.)
One end of this assembly attaches to the static test adaptor and the other to the static outlet hose of the pneumatic generator.
Lubricating Fluid
Part No. LF5050 (1 req'd.)
This fluid is used to lubricate the glands of the pitot test adaptor. It is recommended that a small amount be placed on the glands before installing the adaptor on pitot probe.
Seal Kit - Part No. SK201
One set of spare seals for the pitot test adaptor is supplied with each kit.
Manual - Part No. 444-BH1-612
One manual is supplied with each kit. The equipment is enclosed in an aluminium case assembly Model No. 103XD-BH1
