This kit contains all the equipment required to test from source the complete pitot & static air data system on the H135 and H145 helicopters, as well as the means of pre- testing all adaptors and hoses prior to being fitted to the aircraft.
Pitot Test Adaptor
Part No. 18821-3 (2 req’d.)
These units fit the pitot probes PH502- BKC & PH500-BKW located on the nose and when installed they will isolate and test each system separately or simultaneously.
Pre-Test Probe
Part No. PT11882 (2 req’d.)
When this unit is inserted into the adaptor and the extension hose is connected from the pneumatic generator, the complete system, tester, hoses and adaptors can be tested before fitting to the helicopter.
Static Test Adaptor
Part No. 33410SML-70-4 (4 req’d.)
These units fit the static vents located on each side of the helicopter. The protective caps also act as pre-test adaptors.
Pitot Test Hose Assembly
Part No. EC135-8381 (1 req’d.)
This hose is connected to each pitot inlet of the adaptors and is fitted with double acting quick disconnects for use when it is desirable to test only one pitot system. The connection for the pitot outlet of the pneumatic generator is included on this assembly.
Static Test Hose Assembly
Part No. EC135-6271 (1 req’d.)
This assembly attaches to the static test adaptors. The double acting quick disconnects operate in the same manner as those on the pitot test hose assembly. The extension fitting then connects to the static outlet hose of the pneumatic generator
Vacu-Grip Assembly
Part No. 532-4900 (2 req’d.)
Two of these units are supplied with each kit to provide a means of support for static system test hose assembly.
Seal Kit - Part No. SK821 (2 req’d.)
Two sets of spare seals for pitot test adaptors are supplied with each kit. Seal - Part No. 410S-7 (4 req’d.) Four spare seals for static test adaptors - P/N 33410SML-70-4 are supplied with each kit.
Lubricating Fluid
Part No. LF5050 (1 req’d.)
This fluid is used to lubricate the glands of the pitot test adaptor. It is recommended that a small amount be placed on the glands before installing the adaptor on the pitot probe.
