校准工单功能,用户使用工单功能可实现全自动校准。自动步进菜单可以设定20 步自动步进,包括每一步的保持时间。完成一个自动步进过程以后,用户可以方便的读出被检探头的读数。很多可以存储20组自动步进测试数据,用户可以通过温度设定功能设置目标温度(分辨率0.01)。PTC-425专业级高精度干体炉优点六
快速校准,升降温速度方面做了很大的提升。例如从33℃~425℃需要仅仅10分钟,快速升降温的好处就在于能够大大减少设备停车时间和校准的成本。独特的双区加热功能:PTC-425 系列干体炉可以对各种型号和类型的温度探头进行精密校准。这得益于它所采用的创新的双区加热技术。PTC-425系列干体炉都具有双区加热功能,每个加热区都可以单独控制进行精确的温度测量。在加热块底部的温度一致性非常接近于实验室液体槽的指标。下面的加热区域保证整个加热块合适的热量消耗,上面的加热区域补偿加热体上部和被测传感器的热量损失。这种设计无需隔热被测探头,可以校准充液式或其他机械式的探头。
PTC-425提供三种型号可供选择
每个PTC校准器有三种型号:A型-无输入校准器;B型-带参考传感器和被测装置输入的校准器;C型校准仪,输入参考传感器。
